Once the drilling campaign is over and the discoveries are tested, field development to produce the hydrocarbons is next. Decisions on infrastructures to be build are based on pay zones, type of hydrocarbons, pressures, field layout, and distance to shore. Common infrastructures considered during developments phase are platforms, FSO/FPSO, pipelines and cables. This course discusses all aspects of survey planning, operations and delivery of seabed and subseabed parameters for platform design and installation.
