During exploration, operators perform 3D seismic data interpretation, analyses and define drilling prospects/targets. Prior to rig approach, rig entry, emplacement and drilling, offshore site investigations are undertaken to assess presence of potential geohazards and their impact on planned activity. This course discusses all aspects of survey planning, operations and delivery of seabed and subseabed parameters for rig entry, emplacement, and drilling.
